Help to expose the corruption and injustice in Employment Tribunals. My purpose is to gather enough legal information and support to challenge the Bristol Employment Tribunal for abuse of power and perversion of justice, and also to sue an ex-employee for making a fraudulent claim and perversion of justice. I have no intention of wasting any more money on solicitors or barristers, but need legal expertise. Please engage with this blog and contribute your knowledge and expertise

    I have a horror story from Croydon ET and EAT where they have ignored the Respondent/Appellants poor health despite letters from doctors and Community Mental Health Nurses who are treating the Respondent/Appellant, stating that he is unable to attend court and yet the ET and EAT still push the court trials forward.

    Very angry that the very doctors letters which the ET and EAT would uphold if an Employer ignored an Employees letters; the ET and EAT are ignoring them themselves. Heavy set bias and a clear Human Rights Article 6 Breach.

    Complaints have been written to the courts, judges and registrars but it has all been brushed under the carpet. They all look after their own.

    There needs to be accountability so that these Judges do not make their own rules up any more.

    Croydon ET and EAT is incompetent to say the least. Two and a half years of cases, which have been won, unanimously and still the EAT persecute the Respondent by allowing their continuance.

    If anyone is interested in how a former employee (45) who is a Serial Sexual Preadtor/Paedophile has managed to take their former Employer to court, claim 50% of his sole trader business, £200,000 compensation, claim the Respondents Business Plan is his Contract of Employment and ONLY claim for Constructive and Unfair Dismissal on the ET1, then I will quite happily post up the rest.

    The book which is planned to be written will instruct anyone with a slight axe to grind against their Employer, how to be a Vexatious Litigant, abuse the Tribunal System by using the system against itself and not be caught.

    If one wants to cause their Employer a headache for a few years and possibly destroy their business then this is the book for you.

    The Tribunal system is a complete joke as are the Judges.

    I would rather be tried by a Jury than an incompetent Tribunal Judge.
